Holiday Blend 2016
Spiced orange. Cocoa. Cinnamon.
Each year I select two stand-out lots to combine for my holiday blend. This year, I chose a lot from Guatemala and Costa Rica. These were both beautiful coffees in the lighter roast profile. I tried to bring out greater complexity by using a gentle medium-dark roast profile that maintains the origin qualities. The coffee is full of flavors of the season; sweet orange, cocoa, warming spices, all backed by an earthy base and a mild citrus acidity. We hope you enjoy sharing our holiday blend with your friends and family. Our holiday blend is only available during November and December, so get it while you can.
