Every year, we choose a different origin to feature for our Holiday Blend. This year, we chose Mexico as we brought in a number of great lots and I feel like the origin is undervalued and is producing consistently better coffees. This blend features two coffees, one from Chiapas and one from Oaxaca, the two largest growing regions in Mexico. We chose a medium-dark roast to push the dark chocolate and spice notes and to give it a thick body. We love how the bittersweet finish lingers, and the heady, brown sugar aroma of the fresh brew.
