A blend of our two stunning Ethiopian lots, one washed process and one natural process. Kafa is the traditional name of the coffee growing region in Ethiopia and is where we get our word for coffee. Both lots are full of berry notes and have a beautiful sweetness. In order to show the complexity in these coffees we chose a roast that is on the edge of medium dark. Notes of dried fruit, a heady fruit and spice aroma with a background of dark chocolate.
