Want to learn how to pull great shots of espresso at home? Join veteran barista Sergio Garcia as he teaches the finer points of grind, dose, time, and yield; the four elements of a perfect shot. The focus of the class will be on dialing in espresso and understanding how variables change the flavor of espresso. This class is for those who own (or plan to own) a home espresso machine.
Ticket price includes a bag of FBCR coffee, and an espresso guide. This class will not cover milk steaming, but we will offer this class in the future if there is interest.
