Holiday Blend 2017

Spiced orange. Cinnamon. Dark chocolate.

Our holiday tradition continues. Each year during the months of November and December, we offer a blend that features two of our favorite coffees from the past year. The 2017 blend features two standout lots from Colombia. Colombia is one of my favorite origins. They have so many unique micro-climates and they are able to produce coffee across the spectrum of flavors. I took two very different coffees and blended them to create something that evokes the flavors of the season. You will get notes of orange, cocoa, and spice with a sweet finish. This roast is just on the very edge of medium dark. This roast level gives a hint of the bittersweet roast flavors, while bring through the origin characteristics. We are also offering this in the more gift friendly, 8-oz size. This year, we commissioned a new design on a matte white bag.
